KARENNI STATE –Internally Displaced People (IDP) repaired the roads to the west of Demoso themselves for easy transportation during the rainy season.
A representative from an IDP camp mentioned that the IDPs collectively maintained the roads by using sand on Friday (August 25).
“It’s extremely muddy due to the heavy rainy season, and the IDPs and children are facing difficulties. That’s why they repaired the roads using sand, making it more convenient,” he added.
That IDP camp houses around 150 people and nearly 70 houses.
