SAGAING DIVISION – It is reported that the youths from the Monywa Youth Association hung an anti dictatorship banner at the clock tower in the center of Monywa on May 7 at 7 a.m. in the morning as an anti-military movement.
“They can’t rule us at all. As we want to show this and to taunt them (junta forces), we hang the banner, ‘You can’t rule us, Just suck the stick,’ in the center of the city amid tight security,” said a member of the Monywa Youth Association.
In addition, after hanging the banner, they demonstrated against the junta regime by setting fire to a car tire in front of the clock tower.
