KARENNI STATE – The information officer of Pekhon PDF appealed to the public to help the people in the “Karenni Gate” campaign, which was jointly organized by the revolutionary forces, including Pekhon PDF and Moe Bye PDF, based in Southern Shan State.
He said that this campaign was conducted to support the ongoing “1111 operation” in order to gain control of the Pekhon – Moe Bye road, which is mainly used to transport terrorist forces of the junta council in Karenni state.
“Mainly to enforce in the ‘1111 operation’ and to control the Pekhon -Moe Bye road,” he explained.
In this campaign, the following allied forces in the Pekhon – Moe Bye zone;- KNDF Pekhon Zone (B03, B11, B22), PKPDF-1, PKPDF-2, MBPDF-1, MBPDF-2, URF, PKSPDF Strategy (2), PDF (P3-1003, P3-1005, P3-1008, P3-1009, P3-1011) are included.
The person in charge of the campaign said that the expected fund has been set at 1 billion MMK and the campaign period has been set from November 28th to January 15th next year.
As the ‘1111 Karenni Operation’, the revolutionary forces are jointly attacking the towns of Loikaw and Moe Bye.
