MYANMAR – An official from Taungoo District Battalion 3502, People’s Defence Force (PDF) reported that there could be three casualties on the junta side after the junta forces stationed at Kyauktai Village near Kywelpwal Town in Taungoo Township, Bago Division were bombed using drones.
The junta forces stationed at Kyauktai Village were attacked with two 5kg bombs on July 19 around 2 p.m. by Delta One Drone Team, Taungoo District Battalion 3502, PDF. The attack hit three junta troops and seriously injured them. It is said that the junta forces also returned fire with heavy weapons but the revolutionary forces were able to return unharmed at around 4 p.m.
Also on July 19, Shar Htoo Waw Technology Fixed wings drones were used to bomb the camp of junta subordinate Pyu Saw Htee militia near the plum orchard on the Lay Ywar Sone Myo Shaung Road as well as the house of Pyu Saw Htee leader Thidar Yu Mon in Myingyan Township, Mandalay Division. The attack killed two Pyu Saw Htee militants and injured seven, four of whom were heavily injured.
The operation was said to be a joint operation by Anyar Federal Task Force (AFTF), Freedom Fighter Guerrilla Force (FFGF) and 8 Stars Team.
