MANDALAY DIVISION- Local People Defense Forces announced to have blocked the Myingyan-Natogyi-Pyin Si Road section temporarily since Monday evening (July 22).
“From July 22 around 7:30 p.m. until tomorrow July 23 morning (6 a.m.), the Myingyan-Natogyi-Pyin Si Road section is closed for all vehicles to pass through, said the official of Myingyan PDF.
“It’s for the safety of the people,” said the official of Myingyan PDF.
Local defense groups have informed that all citizens should cooperate and that they will not be held accountable if locals do not comply.
On July 21, a military council vehicle was attacked by a mine on the Yangon-Mandalay expressway in Natogyi Township.
