MANDALAY DIVISION: The department of people’s relations and mobilisation, People’s Defence Force (Mandalay) was known to have delivered the pamphlets about how to protect self from the threats of heavy artillery and airstrike by the atrocious junta’s army on July 26.
People’s Defence Force (Mandalay) requested the civilians to follow the precautions, instructions and guidelines to ensure the safety from the threats of airstrike as atrocious junta’s council is targeting the civilians by airstrike when they lose in battles.
