MANDALAY DIVISION – The funeral ceremony of two PDF comrades, including the Mandalay District training officer, who had fallen during the battle to seize the base of the junta subordinate armed Pyu Saw Htee militias at Ywa Thar Yar Village was reportedly held on July 26.
The scout ground news source said that a proper burial was arranged for Comrade Bo Khant from Shwebo District and Comrade Zin Gyi from Mandalay District Battalion 6.
“A trainer from the Shwebo District Battalion fell in the battle,” said the scout ground news team.
The Local Defence Forces attacked and seized Ywa Thar Yar Village, a Pyu Saw Htee base in Singu Township in the morning of July 24.
About 30 Pyu Saw Htee militants, including a junta military officer had reportedly fled to the Shein Makkar Village of Sagaing Division during the attack.
