MAGWAY DIVISION – A person in charge of the Yesagyo People Defense Force said that 2 terrorist soldiers were killed when they attacked the terrorist soldiers who came out in a private car from the 258th Infantry Battalion with a mine.
On August 10th, around 8:00 p.m., the terrorist soldiers who came out in 2 cars from the 258th Battalion of the city of Yesagyo were ambushed by a mine and shooting with small arms near the road between the 258th Battalion and the south Otatai checkpoint. The car stopped on the side of the road and there was a skirmish.
“IB 258 and south Otatai are a little bit far, We fought somewhere between the two places. We detonated a mine. The car was a microbus. About 10 to 15 people in it. Because there are 2 cars, they ran all the way in one of the cars, The one that hit stopped. After waiting for a while, the damaged car was pulled over by war dogs of south Otatai Gate.” said an official from the Yesagyo People Defense Force.
In the skirmish, two terrorist soldiers were killed and 2 wounded severely. After half an hour of shooting, soldiers from the south Otatai came and pulled the car that stopped over the bank of the road.
The operation was carried out by the comrades of People Defense Force of Yesagyo and PDF members can retreat without any harm.
