KARENNI STATE- The Demos People Defense Force-Fundraising told the media that “Birthday Project” campaign funds are used to equip comrades with bulletproof helmets and bulletproof plates.
As DMO Local PDF was established three years ago, the “Birthday Project” campaign was conducted to raise 40 million kyats. This fund is used to equip 50 soldiers with bulletproof plates and helmets, on August 26.
“As the Battalion’s third founding anniversary, the “Birthday Project” was launched for 15 days, from June 5 to 20. We installed life-saving equipment for our comrades,” said the DMO Local PDF financial officer.
The Demoso Regional Defense Force is composed of four Battalions numbering as battalion 1,2, 3, and 4, and a Drone Force. Demoso PDF also called for the people to support other comrades who have not yet been equipped with life-saving bulletproof vests and helmets.
