MAGWAY DIVISION – A Pyu Saw Htee militant was killed after junta soldiers and Pyu Saw Htee militants returning from a shopping trip in Myaing were attacked, reported an official from Myaing People’s Defence Organisation (PDO).
People’s Defence Forces attacked the terrorist junta soldiers and Pyu Saw Htee forces from Chaungsone checkpoint located to the north of Myaing at around 7:30 a.m. on August 30. Pyu Saw Htee Win Hlaing died on the spot and Pyu Saw Htee Aung Zaw Lin was injured in his leg.
The attack was carried out by Myaing PDO Battalion 1, BLY Guerrilla Force (Pauk PDO), U Gyi (Pauk PDO), Joker Guerrilla Force, MYG, Burma Revolution Alliance Force (BRAF) and Fighter Moe Gyi (Pauk PDO).
