MANDALAY DIVISION – The junta’s fighter jets bombards 500-pound bombs over Natogyi and Myingyan township without a fight, destroying at least three residential houses, according to the local news source.
On September 8, at 1:10 a.m., the terrorist junta army bombarded three 500-pound bombs with its fighter jet over three places in Suu Yit Kone Village in Natogyi Township, without any fight, destroying at least three residential houses and the water tank used by the villagers.
“The junta dropped three 500-pound bombs over three places. The area that exploded was deep about the height of the people. It is about 7 meters wide. One exploded at the water tank. The water tank was destroyed. It was a drinking water tank built of concrete and pumped with the motor. It was a water tank donated by an organization.
The brick wall was broken. The residential houses in the vicinity of the water tank were destroyed. The junta dropped another 500-pound bomb in the center of the village. No one was hurt. Even a bomb that was dropped once before has not exploded yet and is still in the village. No one has dared to dig yet,” said the local news source.
Similarly, today (September 8) at 1:20 a.m., the junta dropped a 500-pound bomb into the palm forest near Pya Village in Myingyan Township, and the palm trees fell and were damaged.
“There is no fight. It was a peaceful village. An aircraft coming up from the Tada-U airbase dropped a bomb. The junta carried out airstrike attacks with jealous and vulgar mind over the peaceful villages as there were no junta forces,” said a local.
