JAPAN – Singer Chan Chan will be holding concerts in Japan to raise funds to support necessary sectors in Myanmar.
Chan Chan Charity Concert Japan will be held in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Kyushu and Fukuyama (Hiroshima) and the first show in Tokyo was successfully held on September 15 with around 1,300 audience and 200 volunteers. At the show, One Plus One Band formed by revolutionary youths in Tokyo as well as Myanmar performers and artists also performed alongside Chan Chan, staging Myanmar traditional performance and arts.
A painting by Artist Khin Maung Yin was also auctioned at the show where there were also registration of PRF members and the sale of Spring lottery and memorabilia. The benefits from the show will be used to support necessary areas in Myanmar.
The show will be held in Nagoya on September 21, Osaka on September 22, Kyushu on September 28 and Fukuyama on September 29.
