YANGON DIVISION – An official from Cheetah Operation reported that the PRF Team, Yangon Military Sub-Region attacked the junta ward administration office in Ward 107, South Dagon Township and asked for the lists of more junta administration officers oppressing the civilians.
The junta ward administration office on Nguwah Myaing Street in Ward 107, South Dagon Township was attacked around 9:25 a.m. on September 20 by Anonymous Force (Yangon Military Sub-Region – PRF).
It is said that the administration officer Kyi Tun and Hundred-households Chief Swe Myint Aung were killed and office clerk Myo Myint Aung (aka) Thar Gyi was injured in the attack. All three had extorted money from the civilians and were working to support the administration mechanism of the junta council.
“The attack killed the administration officer and the hundred-households chief. There are no separate funds raising for missions under Cheetah Operation. We raise funds from the OFP Campaign and there are around five or six individuals who regularly support the team. We don’t ask for donations,” said the official from Cheetah Operation.
The attack was carried out as part of the Cheetah Operation and it is said that the comrades who carried out the mission are able to return unharmed.
