MAGWAY DIVISION – An official of Gangaw District Battalion 3 said that a sergeant from junta defense industry 25 in Saw Township, Gangaw District entered the legal fold.
The junta sergeant is said to have surrendered to Gangaw District Battalion 3, along with a MA-3 rifle, two hand grenades, 60 5.56 bullets, three cartridges and one bullet-proof vest and was given monetary awards based on the weapons and ammunition he brought.
“He surrendered after making contact with us. Anyone else who wish to surrender are urged to contact us quickly. Receive the love of the people alongside happiness and safety,” said the official from Gangaw District Battalion 3.
Gangaw District Battalion 3 has urged everyone forced to carry out the orders of the terrorist junta council including the junta soldiers, police, Pyithusit and Pyu Saw Htee militants as well as those who were forcibly conscripted to swiftly join the side of the people and enter the people’s embrace by quickly entering the legal fold.
