MANDALAY DIVISION: It was known that the 12 million Myanmar kyats worth basic food stuff such as rice, cooking oil and other commodities had been donated to the flood victims civilians from the eastern bank of Sittaung River Region, where the revolutionary forces controlled, by the comrades of Nay Pyi Taw Military Department, the Central Military Command, the People’s Defence Force as second time on October 8.
