TANINTHARYI DIVISION – An official from the People’s Defence Force (Palaw) Myeik District Battalion 1 said that revolutionary forces and the terrorist army are fighting fiercely on the Myeik-Palaw Union Highway, and the military restored to using airstrikes.
It’s been reported that since October 14, there has been heavy fighting between the People’s Defence Force, Myeik District Battalion 1 and allied revolutionary forces, and the terrorist army.
An official from the People’s Defence Force (Palaw) Myeik District Battalion 1 said that the battles are still ongoing, and the terrorist army is attacking using aircraft, urging people not to travel on the Myeik-Palaw-Dawei Union Highway.
He continued that the military council’s airstrikes have not affected the people so far, but the fighting is still fierce and that they will continue to publish updates.
