The way south from Teippan Street to and the route from 102 (A) Street to the west (70th Street) were blocked by junta dogs (junta forces). They also put down signs. To speak in Mandalay terms, you can only enter Ocean Center via the 107th Street x 73rd Street but you can’t go from Teippan Street towards the south to 73rd Street. Both sides of the road are blocked. From east to west, you can’t continue on the road from the 70th Street,” said a resident of Mandalay.
