MYANMAR – Bo. Mway Hauk from Cobra One Pakokku team reported that they attacked the junta forces near the crude oil factory between Inpin Village and Koepin Village, using rockets.
It is said that the revolutionary forces prepared to attack the junta forces after receiving news that around 100 junta troops were advancing from Chaukkan Village in Pakokku Township towards the jungles in the southwest around 5 a.m. on November 2.
However, the junta forces didn’t move towards where the revolutionary forces were waiting, heading to between Inpin Village and Koepin Village instead and so the revolutionary forces fired three rockets at them when they arrived near the crude oil factory. The rockets reportedly landed around two yards away from the junta forces.
“There was no exchange of fire. The junta dogs (junta forces) returned back towards the factory. Because they came from Chaukkan in the east, they couldn’t advance anywhere,” explained Bo. Mway Hauk.
After getting attacked, the terrorist junta forces reportedly retreated back to the garment factory. The attack was carried out by Cobra One Pakokku and allied forces and the revolutionary forces urged the people to stay away from junta forces.
Similarly, around 11 a.m. on November 1, junta police station at Minnaykone Village in Nganzun Township, Mandalay Division was attacked, killing four terrorist junta forces and injuring three, reported Mr. Thet Gyi from Myingyan District Battalion 7 Zero Guerrilla Force.
“We fired two 80mm shells at Minnaykone Village Police Station. The shells landed directly on the police station and internal reports said four soldiers were killed and three were injured,” said Mr. Thet Gyi.
That attack was carried out by Column 4, Myingyan District Battalion 7, Dark Warriors Team.
