SAGAING DIVISION – The terrorist junta council is raiding the villages at the border of Ye U and Taze Townships and over 5,000 civilians from more than ten villages have been forced to flee, reported Mr. Htoo Khant Zaw (Amaethar), the information officer of Ye U based People’s Defence Comrade.
On November 16 morning, the terrorist junta soldiers that came out of Shwehlan Village and Ngatan Village in eastern Taze Township raided Ywabugyi Village and Sisone Village in northern Ye U Township.
Due to the junta raids, over 5,000 civilians from Tattit Village, Kyohtain Village, Ywathugyi Village and Kalazin Village in eastern Taze Township and Ywabugyi Village, Sisone Village, Pekone Village, Siema Village, Ywashay Village, Montaipin Village and Inpin Village in northern Ye U Township are said to be fleeing to safety.
“The junta dogs (junta forces) that first left from Shwehlan Village and Ngatan Village in eastern Taze this morning (November 16) invaded Ywabugyi Village and Sisone Village in northern Ye U via Tattit Village. There are around 180 of them. They were delivered to Shwehlan Village and Ngatan Village by cars from Karboh in Kanbalu in the morning. They might be part of Warthawa column. They are invading the villages in northern Ye U from Taze, likely to expand territory,” said Mr. Htoo Khant Zaw (Amaethar).
It is said that the terrorist junta column is currently stationed in Sisone Village.
