THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: The Union Minister of the Ministry of International Cooperation, the National Unity Government of Myanmar H.E. Dr Sa Sa was known to have met with Myanmar families in Southern California, the United States of America.
The meeting with Myanmar families was reportedly organised from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on November 16 in Baldwin Park, Los Angeles County. During the meeting, Dr. Sa Sa demanded the unity of the forces in country and abroad, explained about their actions to cut the financial sources, legitimacy and supporting the military weapons and spare parts to the junta’s council.
Then, due to the request of the Organization working committee, two songs “Khunahar Phyae Minge (Energiser Minge)” and “Thway Thitsar (Blood Oath)” were performed, playing guitar which was auctioned to raise the funds for war victimised civilians. A doctor from Los Angeles won the auction with 5,000 US $. Total funds 30,000 US $ was raised from the event and the money will be supported to war victimised civilians via Dr. Sa Sa.
