SAGAING DIVISION: A responsible person of Ye-U Township People’s Defense Force said that they had attacked the general administration office in Ye-U, Sagaing Division, where the completion ceremony of Pyusawhtees (militias) training was being carried out, with bombs dropped by drone. The attack caused the deaths of (4) junta’s soldiers.
It was reported that the revolutionary forces had dropped (9) bombs by drone while the completion ceremony of Pyusawhtees (militias) training was being carried out in the general administration office in Ye-U around 10:30 a.m. on November 22.
The attack caused the deaths of (4) junta’s soldiers including a surveillance officer and (8) of the junta’s soldiers to get wounded. After the attack, the junta’s soldiers followed the members of revolutionary forces, counterattacking with drones and small weapons. The junta’s soldiers were also known to be attacking Ye-U with heavy artillery.
A responsible person of Ye-U Township People’s Defense Force said, “The attack caused the deaths of (4) military dogs (nickname for junta’s soldiers) and (8) to get wounded. The members of the revolutionary forces could successfully retreat after the attack.”
The attack was cooperatively performed by Shwebo district No.(14) Battalion (Ye-U PDF) and Ye-U Township People’s Defense Organization (PDO). The members of PDF and PDO are trying their best afford with courage and strength to achieve the revolutionary success and the announcement was published to inform the civilians to get motivated, as said by Ye-U PDF.
