SAGAING DIVISION: In Salingyi township, the local civilians were known to have cooperated with “5/ Letpadaung Strike Column”, “5/ Salaka Strike Column” and “The Villages along the Chindwin River Bank Strike” to organise a revolutionary rally against the military dictator, holding the banner “Oppose against being Enslaved by the Military Force, Our Shout as National Day” as commemoration of 104th National Victory Day on November 25.
