MAGWAY DIVISION – The Yaw Alinntan group said that the terrorist army attacked four times with a helicopter in Htilin Township last Wednesday (November 20).
On November 20, at around 1:20 p.m., the terrorist army launched four aerial attacks with a Mi-35 helicopter in the township of Htilin.
It is yet to be confirmed whether the locals were harmed during those air attacks.
“A Mi-35 helicopter opened fire and attacked Htilin Township. It is not yet known where they targeted. We are also investigating whether there were any civilian casualties” said an official from Yaw Alinntan Group.
Moreover, in Pauk Township, Magway Division, the terrorist army fired heavy weapons at Kyun Taing Village and Palaung Village without ongoing fights and destroyed many homes, stated Pauk Township PDF Information Officer Mr. Sitt Mone.
On November 16, at around 11:40 p.m., the terrorist military council stationed in Pyama Pagoda Hill opened fire and attacked the village of Kyun Taing with seven rounds of 81mm heavy weapons.
Similarly, on the same day at 8:00 p.m., the terrorist military troops stationed at the junta defense industry 24 in Pauk Township fired four rounds of 81 mm shells at Palaung Village and the heavy shells exploded on a house and caused some damage.
“Civilians were not affected but some houses were damaged. The junta dogs (junta forces) have lately been shooting at villages with heavy weapons at night,” said Mr. Sitt Mone, the information officer of Pauk PDF.
