SHAN STATE – Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) reported that the atrocious junta army carried out aerial bombings with its fighter jets at midnight on Namhsan Town of Shan (North) State, killing a civilian.
On August 11, the junta’s fighter jets bombarded three bombs on Namhsan Town, from 11:41 p.m., to 11:51 p.m. The junta carried out three airstrikes, once at 11:41 p.m., once at 11:45 p.m., and once at 11:51 p.m. A total of six bombs were dropped by junta’s fighter jets and the bombs landed and exploded inside Namhsan Town, killing a civilian, said TNLA.
The bombs landed and exploded at EPC compound in Myo Lel Ward of Namhsan Town, and one 30-year-old resident of the area was killed, and one was injured due to explosions. Moreover, transformers in the EPC office compound were damaged, and also Myo Ma Head building and five local residential buildings in the vicinity were destroyed.
On August 6, the junta army carried out an aerial bombardment on TNLA-ruled Kutkai Town, killing six local people and injuring 10 others. More than 400 residential houses and shops were also destroyed by fire.
