MAGWAY DIVISION – An official from Burma Revolution Rangers said that a firearm was seized during the attack on the junta checkpoint near Pakokku Cemetery.
Revolutionary forces attacked the junta checkpoint on August 17 and three junta forces were said to have run away injured.
When sweeping the checkpoint after the attack, the revolutionary forces confiscated one AK rifle, one cartridge, three icon devices and military equipment.
“We are continuously conducting missions so there is a huge requirement for weapons and ammunition. We request that you connect with the fundraisers local and abroad to contribute to our cause,” said the official from Burma Revolution Rangers.
The attack was carried out by Pakokku Township People’s Defence Organisation (PDO) Company 1, Squadron 1, Burma Revolution Rangers, Royal Defence Force, Pakokku People’s Defence Force, Daung Sitte and Myaing PDO and the revolutionary forces were able to return unharmed.
