CHIN STATE – The Chin National Defense Force (CNDF) said that a lance corporal from the 268th Infantry Battalion came to defect the CNDF, Falam with weapons and ammunition and was rewarded 8 million kyats.
On July 3rd, Lance Corporal Mozet of the 268th battalion of the terrorist army based in Falam came to the legal fold with weapons and ammunition to the CNDF.
Lance Corporal Mozet, who came to the legal fold, brought a MA-4 gun, 4 boxes of cartridge, 120 bullets and (14) 40 MM grenades, so the CNDF gave him 8 million kyats as a reward and sent him to the liberated area.
In addition, CNO/CNDF has invited military council members who want to join the people to contact CNO/CNDF as soon as possible.
