SAGAING DIVISION – Kalay Public Battle Leading Committee, along with the revolutionary civilians, was said to have organised a revolutionary rally against the military dictator, holding the banner “Let’s Fight the Ultimate Battle with the Blood of the Martyrs” on July 21.
