SAGAING DIVISION: The local civilians from Katha township, Sagaing division and Public Victorious Flag (Ludu Aung Lan) Strike Group were said to have cooperated to organise a public rally to warmly welcome “1027 Military Operation Second Wave”, “Shan-Man Military Operation”, and other waves of civilians’ defended war, to honour the military victories and to move forward with the unity on September 9.
