YANGON DIVISION: The youths of “Yangon Strike Force” were known to have organised a rally in downtown Yangon on August 6 as commemoration of 36th anniversary of “8888 People’s Democracy Uprising.”
The youths reportedly rallied, holding the banners “Let’s Try to Achieve Public Freedom as 8888 Uprising Hasn’t Finished Yet”, “The Future of Our Nation Is In Our Hands” and “It Can’t Be Stopped” amidst the junta’s tight security.
The rally was known to have been organised to solve the general crisis which the civilians are currently experiencing and to eradicate three forms of military mechanisms and military dictatorship.
