SAGAING DIVISION: The rural civilians from Katha township, Sagaing division and “Ludu Aung Lan ( People’s Victorious Flag)” were known to have cooperated to organise a rally to oppose against the junta’s council which is losing war against the civilians and to demand to keep appointing Myanmar ambassador H.E. Kyaw Moe Tun at UN on September 22.
