TANINTHARYI DIVISION: In Launglon Township, Dawei District Democracy Movement Strike Committee (DDMSC) was known to have led a revolutionary public strike movement against the military dictatorship on September 20.
During the movement, the protesters reportedly demanded that the ambassador H.E. Kyaw Moe Tun to keep being appointed as the permanent representative of Myanmar to the United Nations. The public revolutionary movement was cooperated by the women, the youths and the local civilians.
