SAGAING DIVISION: The rural civilians from Katha township, Sagaing division and “Ludu Aunglan (The Public Victorious Flag) Strike Force” were known to have cooperated to organise a revolutionary rally against the military dictator, holding the banners which oppose against the conducting census data by the atrocious junta’s council and against the illegal election on October 14.
