MYANMAR – It was reported that a total of 30 junta soldiers were killed and three were captured alive in the offensive attacks on junta bases on the border area of Shan and Karenni states, according to Loikaw Local PDF and Colonel Bone Naing, Commander-in-Chief of Karenni Army (KA).
During the 3 days from September 5 to 7, the allied Karenni Revolutionary Forces carried out offensive attacks on the military bases, police stations and camps on the hills, killing 30 fascist junta soldiers and capturing three alive and seizing many weapons and ammunition.
“Loilen Lay, Koke Su, Ka Yan Thar Yar and Ho Bet Htee bases. It’s true that it’s four places,” confirmed Colonel Bone Naing.
The attacks were jointly carried out by Loikaw Local PDF, Loikaw PDF, Karenni Nationalities Defense Force (KNDF), Karenni Nationalities People’s Liberation Front (KNPLF) and the Shan South based Revolutionary Forces. It was said that three comrades of Loikaw PDF were injured, and one was serious. Moreover, there were casualties in KNDF, KNPLF and Shan South based Revolutionary Forces.
During these fights, the terrorist junta army launched airstrike attacks, in addition to using heavy weapons and a large number of drones.
