BAGO DIVISION – There were encounters between the Revolutionary Forces and the terrorist junta forces that carried out offensive attacks on Set Kone and Leik Paw (East) Villages in Phyu Township, on the morning of August 20, and seven junta soldiers, including an officer were killed, according to the Revolutionary Forces.
The junta column was confronted by the Revolutionary Forces, while they were conducting offensives on Set Kone and Leik Paw (East) Villages, at around 10:00 a.m., on August 20.
It was reported that seven junta soldiers, including an officer were killed and 10 others were injured during the fight, but the Revolutionary Forces were not harmed.
The Combat Force and Drone Force of Phyu People’s Defence Organization reportedly carried out those fights along with Arlarwaka Column and the Drone Force of White Peacock Column.
