MYANMAR – Asho Chin Defence Force (ACDF) published a statement on November 17 to commemorate its third founding anniversary that fell on November 16, covering seven items including cooperation with the Asho Chin people or related organisations to implement administration, education and health sectors.
ACDF stated that it is now three years since the force took up arms to fight back against the military dictator, thanked the EAOs, the people and the allied organisations for their support and informed that they will fight alongside the revolutionary forces to eradicate the military dictators, following the principles of ACDF and that they will work together with the people for the emergence of the federal democratic union and for self determination rights of the Asho Chin people.
ACDF also stated that they will coordinate with the Asho Chin people as well as related organisations to implement administration, education and health sectors in Asho Chin regions; that they will work hard to protect the lives and properties of the people; and that they will work with love, wisdom and truth for the prosperity of the people and the emergence of the federal democratic union.
It is said that ACDF, active in the border of Rakhine State and Magway Division, lost two of its soldiers during the three years since its founding.
