Local residents reported that two civilians were injured, and several livestock were killed due to airstrikes and artillery shelling by the military junta council in Yedashe Township, Bago Region, and Nwahtogyi Township, Mandalay Region.
On the evening of September 5, at around 8 PM, the military junta council randomly fired artillery shells into Botesu Village in eastern Yedashe Township. As a result, one civilian was injured, and two cows and a dog were killed, according to a source from the local defense force, Battalion 3501, Thamann Tiger People’s Defense Force (PDF).
“The military junta fired three artillery shells from Patauksan Village in eastern Yedashe. The shells exploded in Botesu Village, injuring one civilian and killing two cows and a dog,” said the local source.
Similarly, at around 5:45 PM on September 5, the military junta council dropped bombs from fighter jets on Suuyitkon and Phalankon Villages in Nwahtogyi Township. A house in Phalankon Village was damaged, one person was injured, and several chickens and pigs were killed, according to reports.
