SAGAING DIVISION – Tigyaing Township People’s Administration Body (PAB) has issued a statement, warning the Non-CDM staff in Tigyaing Township working under the terrorist junta council to abandon their posts and enter the legal fold by December 27.
Tigyaing PAB also asked them to stop all works and surrender to the National Unity Government (NUG), along with departmental documents and public properties.
In the statement, Non-CDM staff were informed to enter the legal fold latest by December 27 and those entering the legal fold have to make preparations to properly submit the stored items, equipments and other items that belong to, are transferred to or planned to be used by the government departments or regional authorities to the Township PAB.
Any Non-CDM employee looking to surrender to the National Unity Government is instructed to contact the related Township PAB.
Non-CDM staff are once again strictly warned to join the side of the people and enter the legal fold as those who failed to do so by December 27 will face prosecutions according to the law.
Government employees who had joined CDM after April 2021, Non-CDM staff who had previously surrendered, employees who resigned, left the department or took on employment or health pension after April 2021 and those illegally employed by the terrorist junta council during the coup period were also informed to contact the Non-CDM management committee of the Tigyaing PAB via nearest village or ward PAB.
