MYANMAR – Information Officer of Ye U based People’s Defence Comrade Mr. Htoo Khant Zaw (Amay’s Thar) reported that terrorist junta army bombarded Monhla Village on August 25.
Terrorist army’s Yak-130 fight jet which took off from Tada-U airport at about 7:53 p.m. on August 25, shelled to Monhla Village located at northwest of Khin U Township without having any clash.
“The condition of the damage is not yet known. There is no advancement and no fighting has taken place. Monhla Village is the village of Catholic Cardinal Charles Bo and Christians live there. Civilians were in the village when airstrike was conducted by fascist army. We are still investigating whether there is any damage. We are still unable to reach the phones,” said Information officer Mr. Htoo Khant Zaw (Amay’s Thar).
Similarly, in Shan State, the terrorist army bombarded in Salwin Village of Hsenwi Township and the houses were damaged due to aerial bombardment, MNDAA said. The terrorist army bombarded Salwin village without having any clash on August 24, at about 3:40 p.m.
Three houses in the village were said to have damaged as the terrorist military air force dropped 2 bombs from fighter jet. Although houses were damaged, there were no casualties.
