MANDALAY DIVISION – People’s Defense Force – Mandalay (MDY – PDF) reported that they have attacked and seized seven more military bases in Madaya Township, capturing a total of 35 bases.
MDY – PDF had continued its offensive attacks on designated military targets in Madaya Township, and captured more military bases in Madaya Township, which were in Nga Lone Pyun Village, Taung Kan Village, Aung Tha Pyay Village, Aung Tha Pyay Highway, Myo Kone Village, Htan Pin Kone Village and Bo Kone Village.
At present, there are 35 military camps that have been captured in Madaya Township, and fighting is also going on in Kyauk Ta Da and Mya Kan Tha villages.
After the People’s Defense Force – Mandalay (MDY – PDF) captured all the military bases in Singu Township and Singu Town on July 17, 2024, they have been attacking and clearing the military council camps in Madaya Township. It was said that Singu Town was recorded as the first town captured by the MDY – PDF in the Mandalay Division.
