YANGON DIVISION: The responsible person of “Yangon Army” said that attacking with grenades to the administrative offices of No.(2) ward and No.(21) ward in Shwepyithar township, Yangon had reportedly caused the casualties of the administrative offices members.
The comrades of “Urban Guerrilla Force” were known to attack the administrative offices of No.(2) ward and No.(21) ward in Shwepyithar township with hand grenades on October 23, which caused the casualties of the administrative officer and the members.
The attack was organised as the members of Junta’s administration were forcibly attempting to collect census data for the illegal election by the junta’s council, oppressing the civilians with every other means.
“While administrative officer and his supporters who were oppressing the civilians were seen in the offices, they were attacked by the heavy hand grenades. The officer and his followers could get seriously injured. The administrative officers and their followers who are forcibly collecting the census data for the illegal election by junta’s council and oppressing the civilians by every other means would be seriously attacked,” said by the responsible person of Yangon Army- YA.
The attack was known to have been cooperatively conducted by Yangon Army (YA) and Western District People’s Defence Organization (PDO).
