MANDALAY DIVISION – An official from Brave Warriors for Myanmar (BWM) reported that seven junta forces including the personal assistant of Deputy Junta Chief Soe Win, were killed in the rocket attack on junta Central Division Command located in the Mandalay Palace compound.
On September 3 at 4:08 a.m., under arrangements by BWM, the Shadow Mandalay team fired ten 107mm rockets into the junta Central Division Command. Seven of the rockets successfully hit the targets, killing seven junta forces including a colonel who is the PA of the deputy commander in chief and injuring 20. It is said that Deputy Commander in Chief Soe Win also immediately left for Nay Pyi Taw by plane.
It is said that the junta frontline medicine depot 1, battle medic corp 1 and No. 1 military recruitment school were hit by one rocket each, while the central division command and logistics corp 121 were hit by two rockets each, damaging the central division command, military hospital, battle medic corp and the military recruitment school.
“We heard that around 20 junta dogs (junta forces) were injured when the attack hit the military hospital and the medic corp. The recruitment school was damaged. The attack on the central division command killed three officers including the colonel who is Deputy Chief Soe Win’s PA and four soldiers. Two rockets exploded just 40 m away from the bed of Soe Win so he fled to Nay Pyi Taw by plane in a hurry at 4:45 a.m. They are confirmed by two separate sources within the junta council,” said the official from BWM.
Moreover, a large drone center in the central division command, a collaboration project between the junta council and China, was said to have been destroyed in the attack and as the drone control center was damaged, it is expected to ease the junta drone scouts and attacks and benefits the Shan-Man Operation.
“The central division command has been closed off. Two junta vehicles arrived from Nay Pyi Taw and checked the phones of all junta dogs in the palace and are interrogating those they found suspicious,” continued the official from BWM.
The Deputy Commander in Chief Soe Win of the terrorist junta council was personally staying at the central division command to take charge of the counterattack on Shan-Man Operation. BWM informed that they will carry out even more intense operations.
BWM said that have been working harmoniously with the revolutionary forces across the country by targeting the air force and other important military targets of the junta council, having carried out two attacks on Ayelar Air Base, three attacks on Taungoo Air Base, and one attack on Tada U Air Base. The force vowed to accelerate attacks till the junta council is brought down.
