SAGAING DIVISION – It was reported that the arsonist junta soldiers continuously committed arson raids in Kanbalu District, forcing more than 6,000 locals to leave their homes, according to an official of Kyunhla – Kanbalu Activist Group.
On September 10, at around 10:15 a.m., the terrorist junta forces raided Koe Myo Village and set fire to the village. The extent of the damage has not yet been confirmed. Similarly, it was reported that arsonist junta columns burned down Taung Te Kone Village on September 9.
“The junta dogs (military soldiers) have been continuously storming and torching the villages, and the locals were running away. The details of the incident and the extent of damage are not yet known,” said an official of the Kyunhla – Kanbalu Activist Group.
At present, more than 6,000 people from Taung Te Kone, Thoe Bo, Koe Myo, Hpa Lan Chaing, Nyaung Zin Gyi, Tha Yet Khaung, Min Kone (a), Su Poke Kone, Bo Te Kone, Bo Kone, Pay Lel, and Ngar Yar Ne villages in Kanbalu District have been forced to flee.
