SAGAING DIVISION – Locals said that battles have been raging in southern Kale Township and the military has disconnected phone lines.
On September 27, starting at 8:00 a.m., terrorist soldiers and Pyu Saw Htees from the Khinyan (North), Koekar, Han Thar Wadi, and Kyan Thar have been launching an offensive attack at the Aung Tharyar, Aung Mingalar, Myantaw, Tin Thar in the Northern Kyan Thar Village with eight FAW cars. After that, there was a skirmish and the junta army disconnected the phone lines.
“From the morning of the 26th until the 27th today, fighting has been intense in the South of Kale. Junta soldiers have been launching an offensive attack with eight FAW cars. The battle situation is still intense, so the details of the damage on both sides are not yet known. Since the coup, the internet lines on that side have been disconnected. The phone lines were disconnected when they are launching offensive,” said a local.
Currently, military council troops are conducting a blockade and inspection of the Kale Township, and there is an expansion of the force.
