SAGAING DIVISION – Farmers from a village of Khin-U Township staged a revolutionary protest against military dictators on the morning of August 27 while working in the green paddy field.
The farmers who were working in their paddy field held revolutionary flag and banners saying, “The revolution must prevail.”
“We feel disgusted towards the junta army from heart. We will fight until the dictator falls like a dog or a pig,” said a resident of Khin-U.
Despite the fascist army’s launching attacks in Khin-U Township, the farmers from upper Myanmar have shown that they would never be military slaves.
Last August 25, the military council’s light infantry battalion 361 entered Kyarpin Ai, Thayatpinwin, Nyaung Pin Gyi Su, Theindaw, and Pintinn of Khin-U in two military columns, resulted forcing more than 8000 local residents to flee from war.
