MYANMAR – Aung Win, an armed member of the ward/village committee of the Union Solidarity and Development Party, who was recruiting new soldiers in Sintgaing township, was shot and killed by three bullets, residents said.
It is known that Aung Win, an armed member of the ward/village committee of the Union Solidarity and Development Party who was recruiting new soldiers for the terrorist army, was shot by a local armed group and killed on the spot, on April 26th, at around 7:20 p.m.
“Aung Win is also a member of the militia group and a member of the ward/village committee. He is currently carrying a hand-made gun. The guy is roaming around the community with a hand-made gun and threatening young people to join the army. On the day he was shot, a group of armed men came to his house and shot him while he was guarding his own house. He was hit in the head and killed on the spot,” a resident said.
Similarly, in Mon State, Kyaw Kyaw, an ex-soldier who was working for the terrorist army in Kyaikto, died in Thaton Hospital 1 day after being shot, by the People’s Defense Force Battalion – 7805. Division 4, an official from the UG group said.
