SAGAING DIVISION – Local residents said that the terrorist army bombarded Zaydi Village and Aung Zeya Village in Tamu Township every day and burned down the houses.
Starting on December 20, the terrorist army and its subordinate Shan Ni Army (SNA) militia raided Zaydi Village and destroyed seven houses. In addition, five more homes were damaged due to daily bombing attacks by the terrorist army in and around the village.
For two days straight on December 23 and 24, the terrorist army and SNA burned and destroyed the village of Aung Zeya. As of now, military council troops are stationed inside the village, so the number of houses that have been destroyed has not been confirmed yet.
“The terrorist army and SNA raided Zaydi Village, which is located upper (north) of Tamu, and destroyed seven houses. In addition, five more homes were damaged due to the daily bombing attacks by the terrorist army in and around Zaydi Village. A total of 12 houses were damaged. Now Aung Zeya Village is also being torched. Aung Zeya village was torched the previous day as well. The junta dogs (junta forces) are still inside the village, so the damage is still unknown. The dogs are dropping bombs whether they are fighting or not. They drop 20 bombs a day in four attacks regularly,” a local resident said.
