MYANMAR – The Pa’o National Federal Council (PNFC) said that they will work together until the success of the revolution to change the era and the system through strategic communication and cooperation in the Spring Revolution, which is being campaigned by the entire population of all ethnicities, regardless of their place of origin.
PNFC said this in the message sent to mark the 76th anniversary of the Mon Revolution which falls on August 31.
PNFC said that just as the new generation of Pa’o revolutionaries is organizing Pa’o revolutionary forces, including PNFC, in accordance with the Pa’o national principle that Pa’o people will participate as a force in abolishing the unjust system, the new generation of Mon revolutionaries are also organizing Mon revolutionary forces, including MSFC.
In addition, the PNFC said that in order to build an equal and fair union with mutual respect, equity, freedom and unity, eradicating the military dictatorship, achieving democracy, peace and building a true federal union are essential.
Mon, Karen and Pa’o were the earliest ethnic groups to participate in the national liberation revolution and worked together, and the current PNFC and the Mon State Federal Council (MSFC) are also participating in the National Unity Consultative Council – NUCC as part of the States/National representative group.
PNFC said that since the passion of the past generation, including Mon and Pa’o, who started the revolution more than 70 years ago, and the enthusiasm of the new generation today are identical, they will cooperate until the revolution is successful.
