BAGO DIVISION – Locals reported that the atrocious junta’s air forces launched airstrike attacks with helicopters over Taw Kone Village of Htantabin Township at around 7:00 p.m. on July 28, afterwards, more than 100 ground forces carried out offensive attacks.
“The junta used fighter jets in the battle in Taw Kone Village of Htantabin Township. They also shot the Karen government school. It was assumed that the ground junta forces might suffer a serious set-back.
They marched with over 100 forces at around 1:00 a.m. on July 28 and carried out offensive attacks again with full forces in four military trucks in the forest at around 1:00 p.m., on July 28. The details about casualties were not yet confirmed,” said a local.
On July 27, starting around 6:00 a.m., the terrorist junta forces invaded Taw Kone Village in Htantabin Township, next to Hto Lwee Wah school, and clashed with the revolutionary forces.
