SAGAING DIVISION – According to the local residents and the revolutionary forces, at least 18 civilians were killed as the junta council conducted aerial bombardments over the villages where there are no ongoing battles, in Tigyaing Township, Sagaing Division.
Two men from Inn Dein vill5age and nine civilians including children from Ahleltaw Village were killed as the junta council dropped bombs using aircrafts over Inn Dein Village and Ahleltaw Village, on November 14.
Similarly, on November 12 and 13, the fascist junta council conducted aerial bombardments over the monastery in Thakhutchaung Village and Koete Village. One and a half-year-old child, two children under five-year-old and a pregnant woman were killed due to the junta council attack.
A local mentioned that “the fascist dogs (the junta council troops) are conducting aerial bombardments over the villages where there is no ongoing battles. It was known that there were many civilian casualties on November 14. The junta council launched aerial bombardments over Inn Dein Village and Ahleltaw Village three times. As far as we know, nine civilians from Ahleltaw Village and two civilians from Inn Dein Village were killed due to the junta council’s aerial attacks.”
There are also civilian casualties in Tigyaing Town. But the number of the casualties are not yet known. The junta council troops entered Tigyaing Town and fierce battles have broken out.
