KARENNI STATE – According to a revolutionary comrade on the front line, the fascist junta council troops burnt down the houses in three villages on the border of Hpruso and Demoso, Karenni state, during August 25 and 28.
It was known that the brutal junta troops set a total of ten 10 houses on fire from Ngwe Taung Ywar Thit, Kardarlar and Dawngaykhu villages on Demoso-Hpruso Pyidaungsu road.
He continued that “since August 25, they (the fascist junta council troops) torched the houses on four consecutive days. They torched around one or two houses a day. They have already torched around 10 houses. But we don’t know the exact number of the burnt houses.”
The fascist junta troops took good things and the rations from civilians’ houses and torched the houses with no apparent reason.
Moreover, the junta council has expanded its troops near Ngwe Taung Ywar Thit village. But the exact number of the troops are still under investigation.
The comrades from the revolutionary forces mentioned that the junta council launched invasive attacks using massive forces as they wanted the Demoso-Hpruso Pyidaungsu road to be under their control so that their support vehicles could travel.
